The initial assessment for any of my services, including Osteopathy and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST).  This comprehensive assessment allows me to understand your unique needs, health history, and treatment goals, ensuring that we tailor our approach to best suit your requirements.

OSTEOPATHY & FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY

1-HOUR TREATMENT

$130 CAD

For a 1-hour treatment session, whether it’s for Osteopathy or Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) the rate is $110 CAD. During this focused session, I’ll address your specific concerns and work towards improving your mobility, relieving tension, and promoting overall well-being.

75-MINUTE TREATMENT

$145 CAD

My 75-minute treatment option is available for $125 CAD and encompasses a more extensive session designed to provide thorough care and attention. Whether you choose Osteopathy or Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), this extended session allows for a deeper level of relaxation, release of tension, and enhancement of mobility.

OSTEOFACIALS

1-HOUR REJUVENATION

$175 CAD

Indulge in a rejuvenating 60-minute osteofacial session designed to pamper and revitalize your skin and muscles. This comprehensive treatment combines the therapeutic benefits of osteopathy with the luxurious experience of a facial, targeting tension and promoting relaxation from head to toe.
